American Made Materials,
Chosen On Purpose

At Lofty Roofing Co., we only install materials we’d put on our own homes. Every product is carefully selected for Idaho and the Mountain West, where heavy snow, high winds, and intense sun test a roof year after year. Our American-made metal, synthetic shake, slate and asphalt systems are not only backed by some of the strongest warranties in the industry, but also support American jobs.

When it's time to start over, we handle the full scope:
tear-off, disposal, and a clean install from deck to ridge. We take care of your home, commercial building, or agricultural structures.
Building something new means one chance to get it right, including what goes on top. We work with builders, developers, and homeowners on new construction, whether it’s a single-family home or an up and coming housing development, we help you have the best roof possible to increase your property value.
Barns, stables, shops, and outbuildings keep your operation running and we treat them with the same care as any custom home. Class A fire-rated and built for heavy snow loads, hail, wind, and decades of hard use. If it's on your land, it deserves to last.
If there’s one thing we know it’s that your roof is part of your reputation. We work on Main Street storefronts, schools, bespoke professional buildings, and a wide range of commercial projects. Lofty is here to bring efficiency, clear communication and a work ethic that understands that delays and downtime comes at a cost to you, an expectation we don’t take lightly.
High-elevation properties demand more; steeper pitches, heavier snow loads, and architectural detail that can't be compromised. We work on full resort campuses, lodge buildings, and boutique hospitality properties from new construction to complete re-roofs. We partner directly with architects and designers to ensure the right material is selected, whether that's Brava synthetic shake, slate, or Spanish tile — and bring the same dedicated crew and craft to every project, regardless of scale.
Available to existing Lofty clients and referred properties. Whether it's routine maintenance, unexpected damage, or an emergency after a storm, Lofty handles your problem fast, communicates clearly, and holds the same standard as any new install. You're not getting a patchwork fix. You're getting the Lofty standard.
